Q: What is IRC? How do I use it? What is it for?

A: Please read the IRC introduction at http://www.mirc.co.uk/ircintro.html, you may also be interested in irchelp.org as it provides help to IRC newbies.


Q: I need help with some IRC related issues, what should I do?

A: There is a well known archive IRC help archive called irchelp.org it's suggested you try taking a look there for help. For network specific issues, try asking in #Help or #QuickFox.


Q: How do I contact QuickFox.net on abuse issues? (Such as K-lines, warez, hacking etc...)

Q: What are the rules on IRC?

A: The rules on IRC differ from network to network. On our network, we have the rules defined in the Regulations section. However, you should also take into account, that channels tend to additionally have their own rules. An example would be:

# You may not use excessive color codes on #channel.
